As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a
Clerk in the Insurance Department (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Schweitenkirchen, starting immediately, on a part-time basis (30 hours/week).


Your responsibilities:


  • Review and verification of damage invoices, including booking
  • Coordination with the service department regarding expected damage reports
  • Coordination of traffic accidents and major damage cases in collaboration with the central administration
  • Communication with transportation companies, insurance companies, and branches
  • Preparation of statistics and damage reports

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d)
  • At least two years of professional experience in the abovementioned field
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
  • Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills
