Description

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Program, Set up, and Operate CNC Mills to produce parts to print
Up to 5 axis machining
Determine tooling
Change cutting tools & inserts as needed
Conduct in process inspections as required
Complete basic machine maintenance such as filling fluid and changing filter
Conduct tasks in accordance with company work instructions.
Ensure work area is neat and clean
Other duties as required.

Programming experience is a must_

Requirements:

2 + years of experience programming Mills.
2 + years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably that makes parts or product for the aerospace industry.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions and use standard machine shop tools and gages.
Must have great communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently on assignments with mínimal oversight or direction.
Ability to interact effectively with management and other team members
Ability to work overtime as required.

Company pays 70% of health insurance
