Description

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Program, Set up, and Operate CNC Mills to produce parts to print
  • Up to 5 axis machining
  • Determine tooling
  • Change cutting tools & inserts as needed
  • Conduct in process inspections as required
  • Complete basic machine maintenance such as filling fluid and changing filter
  • Conduct tasks in accordance with company work instructions.
  • Ensure work area is neat and clean
  • Other duties as required.

Programming experience is a must_


Requirements:


  • 2 + years of experience programming Mills.
  • 2 + years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably that makes parts or product for the aerospace industry.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions and use standard machine shop tools and gages.
  • Must have great communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently on assignments with mínimal oversight or direction.
  • Ability to interact effectively with management and other team members
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
