- Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management
- Oversee ongoing development and maintenance of integrated cross-functional Program plans to enable accurate financial and portfolio analysis and planning
- Oversee ongoing development and maintenance of integrated cross-functional Program plans, including Target Product Profiles, to enable accurate financial and portfolio analysis and planning
- Effectively manage team meetings by ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, information, and action items, and following up on critical actions with teams
- Effectively manage multiple Programs and responsibilities concurrently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred). Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech industry programs, or program management experience with a strong knowledge of cross-functional drug development, including global regulatory authority guidelines
- Late stage/NDA development experience
- Rare disease experience preferred
- NDA or BLA submission experience
