Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse passes medication provides treatments according physician orders facility policy Reports changes resident condition immediately Charge Nurse Reviews Tenant Service Plans needed gain maintain familiarity tenant service needs preferences Reviews Staff 24-Hour Communication log corresponding Tenant Service Notes daily basis information about changes tenant service needs health conditions Provides personal services tenants assigned indicated Tenant Service Plans Assists tenants medications treatments assigned allowed regulation Responds calls emergency call system timely manner Demonstrates knowledge follows infection control procedures Assists dining room meal times Maintains clean comfortable safe environment housekeeping services needed Assists individual tenant group social recreational activities requested encourages tenant participation activities Monitors changes tenant needs preferences health status reports documents established procedures Responds emergencies appropriate manner training received
Qualifications
