Job summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven leader to join us as our Pharmacy Manager at our Escanaba, MI Store location—a role where you'll shape the future of pharmacy operations while making a meaningful difference in patient care.Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Michigan.
This position is eligible for a quarterly incentive package of up to 10%, prorated based on your start date and time in role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for staffing selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
- Prepares and conducts performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
