- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and kitchen cleanliness.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine.
- Indepth knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Food safety certification is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
