Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook traditional Japanese dishes, including ramen, sushi, and other specialties.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Develop and execute new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and kitchen cleanliness.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine.
• Indepth knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Food safety certification is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
