As a Program Administrator for our Navigator program, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative oversight of Program Supervisors, including personnel, budgets, and outcomes.

What You'll Do:


  • Implements program in accordance with contract and licensing requirements.
  • Develops, implements and monitors the budget; keeping Senior and Statewide Directors updated at least monthly.
  • Oversees facilities management where required.
  • Manages the services performed by employees, contracted staff, students, trainees and volunteers within the assigned program area(s).
  • Participates in selection process for new staff, disciplinary proceedings, supervision and evaluations, and makes recommendations for terminations.
  • Organizes training opportunities and sharing of staff expertise for assigned program areas, in addition to participating in orientation for new employees.
  • Provides support/feedback regarding business opportunities, challenges with programs and target communities, and identifies solutions to problem areas.
  • Participates with program management team and other AzCA management teams or committees as appropriate and directed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, which are consistent with the general responsibilities of the position.

Minimum Education & Experience:


  • Master's Degree (or currently enrolled in Master's and have completed 30 credit hours)
  • 5 years of field/direct service experience and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
  • Relevant Degree includes the following degrees: Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and Child Development.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).
  • Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to and from clients' homes and/or other relevant organizations/agencies
  • Must be able to provide DPS fingerprint clearance.
  • Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position.
  • An individual may qualify for this position if the individual is able to "perform safely" the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
