Job Objective:
Temporary data entry position to complete file scanning and uploading for ARC Command Human Resources and Program departments.


Essential Functions:
Other job-related responsibilities and tasks may be assigned.

  • Maintain Human Resources files according to TSA minute timelines
  • Scan, upload and label Human required Resources documents.
  • Create and upload files Program files in the ServicePoint system following formal training.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all file information.
  • Support the mission statement of the Salvation Army.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications:

***Education & Experience:High school graduate or equivalent

1-2 years of data entry skills (preferred)

  • Superior organizational skills
