Under the motto "The Chamber - Your Partner", the District Dental Association Karlsruhe serves as a subdivision of the State Dental Association of Baden-Württemberg and is the public professional representation for approximately 3,400 dentists in the North Baden district. As a modern service provider in the healthcare sector, we support our chamber members in managing their practices.

We are currently seeking a dental assistant (m/f/d) for our GOZ / Legal department.

Your tasks:
Correspondence related to GOZ / Legal matters
Complaint management (processing of complaints, invoice audits)
Independent handling of written inquiries from dentists, patients, etc.
Consultation for chamber members on GOZ matters, especially GOZ billing
Telephone patient consultation

Your profile:
Trained dental assistant or dental assistant (m/f/d)
(Administration focus - ZMF, ZMV)
Experience in billing, especially excellent knowledge of GOZ
Commitment, initiative, and results-oriented approach
Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office products
