Your tasks
- Configuration and installation of software in customer-specific IT infrastructures (e.g. Cloud Tenants, Virtual Appliances)
- Setting up WebHooks and applying manufacturer patches and upgrades for individual Identity Management solutions for customers
- Customizing and creating connectors for provisioning additional attributes for user accounts
- Creating a password policy taking into account the requirements of target systems
- Customizing the self-service user interface
- Automating the assignment of roles and permissions based on user attributes
- Creating and maintaining system documentation
Your profile
- Completed (IT) technical studies or training
- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment
- Significant knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management as well as Identity Governance processes
- Proficient in interface technologies for connecting target systems to Identity Management software (APIs, web services, SOAP or REST, SCIM)
- Knowledge of scripting and programming (JavaScript, PowerShell, .NET, SQL)
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of authentication and authorization (SAML, OData, LDAP, OAuth)
- Certifications in the field of Identity Management are desirable
- Good German and English skills
