Opportunity


Under the direction of the Associate Director of Business Development - Wellness, this position acts as a Brand Ambassador and full-service concierge for Kohler Wellness customers.

This role responsible for being the single point of contact for the entire customer journey, including:

helping convert product interest into orders, managing orders from purchase through delivery, troubleshooting and problem solving during and after installation and creating a world class customer experience.


A Wellness Concierge will focus on maximizing sales opportunities within every interaction and is expected to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Additionally, this position will partner closely with other consumer-facing teams to help guide a consistent online-offline experience. Success will be measured by net revenue generated as well as customer satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities

  • When requested provide order status updates, shipping information and tracking of a shipment.
  • Exhibit world class service standards through call quality, problem solving, personal ownership over every customer interaction and consistently going above and beyond to surpass customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain clean, organized customer records using CRM.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers, identifying and creating value.
  • Proactively work with supply chain to confirm lead times and provide our top customers with open order reports.
  • Be part of a culture and engage in ways to boldly innovate our sales and service model and take calculated risks to provide a gracious customer experience, how and when the customer chooses.
  • Identify, provide actionable solutions for and implement process improvements.

Skills/Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer facing experience, luxury product category preferred.
  • Some post secondary education preferred.
  • Must be highly detail oriented and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to accel while working remotely or in an office setting.
  • Hours of availability: Monday through Friday 8:00am 7:00pm CST and some weekend coverage as this business channel develops. Required schedule flexibility in the future as operation grows to accommodate customers from coast to coast.
  • Must possess a growth mindset and be able to accel in a rapidly changing startup environment. Applicants who are strong on planning, detail and accuracy, as well as being demonstrably creative thinkers will help Kohler grow this new business unit. Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of Management and with outside contacts.
