Description

The maintenance technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of the key operating systems throughout the consolidated rental car facility.

Systems include but are not limited to car washes, fuel dispensers, vacuum system, vehicle maintenance equipment, solar panel array, entry & exit systems, restrooms and lighting.

• Full schedule availability 2nd shift work, available 7 days a week
• Provide highquality customer service and a positive attitude at all times
• Vast knowledge of different maintenance equipment and tools
• Light electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing experience
• Selfdisciplined, hardworking, organized and detail oriented
• Able to read, understand, and comply with standard operating procedures, equipment manuals, and operational checklists
• Ability to urgently communicate emergency issues and escalate when needed
• Basic computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel etc.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of power tools, ability to operate properly and safely
• Ability to learn maintenance routines and preventive maintenance schedule

• Proficient using proper personal protective equipment
• Able to perform preventative maintenance and curative maintenance work on a wide variety of equipment
• Monitor the facility's systems daily to review and record performance and proper functionality to keep equipment running at peak performance
• Review inventory levels to ensure parts are on hand to handle emergency repairs quickly and efficiently
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
