Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a team of 4 and the main point of contact for employees and managers for all HR matters at our Berlin Mahlsdorf location
  • You will be responsible for personnel data management in our internal CRM
  • You will create all HR documents (contracts, agreements, references, etc.)
  • You will support the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You will prepare standard and adhoc reports
  • You will assist with payroll preparation
  • You will communicate with authorities, such as health insurance companies
  • You will have the opportunity to proactively participate in new HR initiatives and projects, with the possibility to take on your own responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • You are close to completing your studies or have already successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR
  • Ideally, you have some previous experience in HR
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs
  • You have a strong interest in HR and are
