HR Manager/HR Officer (m/f/d) (part-time) Help shape the new organization and promote sustainable transportation As a newly established company of the state of Lower Saxony, we at SinON are responsible for the maintenance and marketing of over 250 km of railway network in the Wittingen

We work daily to increase the amount of goods transported by rail and reactivate local public transportation, actively contributing to sustainable transportation.

Our goal is to create a modern company organization with digital processes, high levels of autonomy, and individual responsibility across all functional areas.

As part of the complete restructuring of our HR department, we are establishing a permanent part-time position at our Celle location.

Therefore, we are looking for a communicative, reliable, and trustworthy HR Manager/HR Officer (m/f/d) (part-time) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

Establishing the HR department & implementing HR software Supporting employees throughout their entire life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding Developing and implementing recruiting concepts Personnel development/talent management - supporting, implementing, developing, conducting feedback/annual meetings, career planning, qualification, etc.

Advising management, executives (co-management)

Managing a position of HR Assistant (m/f/d) Works council activities, compensation/tariff management Our requirements:
