Friday
Hours Vary
Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs.

Problem Solving
Attention to detail
Troubleshoot Issues
Drywall Repair
Electrical Repair
Plumbing Repair
HVAC knowledge
Proficient with Hand & Power Tools
Supervisory Experience

A Day in the Life

Conduct daily property walks to ensure excellent curb appeal and adherence to property policies.
Sort through work orders and complete them in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory and shop supplies.
Work with vendors to coordinate turns and repairs not done inhouse.
Build, train, and coach your maintenance team.
Supervise any contractors or vendors working on the property and ensure they are completing items.
