Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Tax Manager for a progressive, dynamic, and rapidly growing Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm in Redondo Beach.

This role offers a target salary range is up to $170K + Bonus, a $10K sign-on bonus with a hybrid work environment.

Permanent salary: $165, ,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities:Technical tax accounting, research, and analysis to support Partners with timely information to drive strategic directionTax matters related to partnerships, including handling partnership allocations and ensuring compliance with partnership agreementsLead the monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting closing process Prepare and file Annual Tax Compliance documentationIndividual contributing role qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and or MBA preferred but not required+5 years of blended public and corporate tax accounting experienceASC 740 complianceCommercial Real Estate background preferred For confidential consideration, please email Taylor Cowx, skills: Investments, Commercial Real Estate Lending, $0-50 million
