Description
Indiana Waste Service currently has a full-time Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant position open at our office in Lowell, IN.Applicant will work primarily as a Customer Service Representative while conducting a variety of administrative duties as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer questions and complaints respectfully and professionally.
- Provide service quotes, complete onboarding of new customers and schedule service.
- Process payments, contact customers regarding past due accounts.
- Invoice customers.
- Work as a team with the route supervisor, sales, drivers and other office staff.
- Carry out administrative duties and other areas of responsibility deemed appropriate by the manager.
- Hours 7:30am to 4:30pm with ability to work longer when needed.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lowell, IN 46356: Relocate before starting work (required)
