Description

• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity
• Entering financial data into Quick books, spreadsheets, or accountancy software
• Keeping financial records organized and easy to access
• Locating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other financial records
• Ensuring that the records abide by financial regulations and conduct regular internal audits
• Reconciling accounts daily
• Providing financial data or reporting to management for audit purposes
• Checking for financial irregularities, data entry errors and potential fraud
• Suggesting improvement in accuracy, efficient and cost reduction
• Assist in the end of the month closing of the books
• Collabrate with operations department on areas of opportunities and accounting training with managers
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

• Extensive knowledge of office equipment & Computer Literacy (e.g., fax machines, computers, printers, bookkeeping software etc.)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, Google Drive, QuickBooks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
• Ability to use mathematical skills for accurate accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in math and technical accounting skills
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
• Knowledge of is a plus
• Ability to analyze financial data accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (preferred)
