As we continue to expand, we're seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us as Sales Representatives.

Position Overview:

As an RV Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and assisting customers in finding the perfect RV to suit their needs and lifestyle.

From first-time buyers to seasoned travelers, you'll engage with a diverse clientele, offering expert guidance and building lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and needs.

Educate customers on the features, benefits, and specifications of various RV models.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase the capabilities and amenities of each RV.

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of RVs, including different types, features, and accessories, is preferred but not required (training will be provided).

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
