(m/f/d) for software in the field of "road traffic management" (especially driver's license authorities)

We are looking for a full-time (39 hours/week for salaried employees or 41 hours/week for civil servants) and permanent employee. The position is also suitable for part-time employees.

The Job

You will work as an application support specialist in our "Person" service department at our location in Kamp-Lintfort and, if desired, also in a home office.

Your tasks will include:

Advising and organizing the support, maintenance, and further development of specialized procedures in the field of citizen services (especially driver's licenses and vehicle registration) and their online services.

In relation to digital administrative services in the above-mentioned areas, you will support existing solutions and participate in the implementation of new software solutions and digital online processes.

As part of further developments, you will develop specialized concepts and coordinate with developers and manufacturers.

You will contribute to the optimization of software products and assist with software updates.
