Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team.This role manages accounting functions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards supporting financial reporting activities.
The ideal candidate will possess technical accounting expertise experience with various software and solid understanding of GAAP financial concepts.
Responsibilities
- General Ledger (GL): Perform general ledger accounting account reconciliation journal entries to ensure accurate financial data.
- Financials: Prepare analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP including balance sheets income statements cash flow statements.
- Financial Reporting Compliance: Perform quarter-end year-end closing processes prepare financial statements other monthly quarterly reports various needs ensure all procedures adhere General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP ) state federal regulations.< li > Accounts Payable: Manage pay all bills invoices.
