You will work closely with patients to assess their nutritional needs and develop tailored meal plans to support their overall well-being.

Duration: 12 weeks contract
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate their dietary needs and goals
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual health conditions, dietary restrictions, and goals
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Provide guidance on tube feeding and ensure proper administration
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
- Stay uptodate with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Utilize health coaching techniques to motivate patients and support behavior change
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- 2+ years of experience
Job Type:

Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
