Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate their dietary needs and goals
• Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual health conditions, dietary restrictions, and goals
• Educate patients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits
• Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as needed
• Provide guidance on tube feeding and ensure proper administration
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
• Stay uptodate with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
• Utilize health coaching techniques to motivate patients and support behavior change
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
• 2+ years of experience

$ $45.00 per hour
