With a unique blend of cultural insight and professional expertise, we pride ourselves on creating an environment that fosters success for both employers and candidates.Our Am Law 100 law firm client is seeking a Trademark Litigation Attorney for their Boston or New York office. If you have a passion for trademark, copyright, and intellectual property, we want to hear from you. Who you are:
    • You have 3-5 years of trademark and/or copyright litigation experience including TTAB proceedings.
    • You have experience in handling enforcement and takedown matters related to the use of IP on social media platforms.
    • You have experience in trademark and/or copyright counseling and USPTO matters.
    • You thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
    • You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
    • You enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
    • You are enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
    • You have an active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
    The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
