Summary


Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Inventory & Cutter Service Lead by verifying and keeps records pertaining to inventory accuracy and inspection on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, manages the contents of the warehouse and performs inventory and shipping transactions.

In addition manage warranty job tracking and RGA tracking and serving as a backup for the documentation and coordination of materials for customer install, service, maintenance, and repair items sold, leased, or rented by performing the following duties personally or through the supervision of either direct or sub-contracted field service technicians.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Follows all safety rules and regulations.
  • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure all items, quantities on the most current customer sales order are included and visually inspects each item for damage or defects.
  • Takes photos of each skid and saves them in the job folder on the T drive.
  • Inspects incoming custom parts per the drawing in inspection folder and anything valued over $500 for visible defects per PAC procedures, instructions or guidelines.
  • Receives and dates test material. Notifies proper individual when it arrives.
  • Handles all Returned Goods according to approved procedure. RGA's must be received in Alliance and routed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Performs accurate inventory transactions in Alliance for components in transit, kitting work orders and tagging components as Work in Process.
  • Ensures Field Service Technicians have all required parts or information necessary to perform scheduled work efficiently.
  • Trained to serve as a backup in preparing quotations for recommended spare parts and scheduled maintenance contracts on PAC supplied equipment to customers.
  • Manages receipt of asbuilt drawings from subcontractors and customers to monitor warranty eligibility.
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding ship dates, drawings, and other material related inquires.
  • Ensures customers and vendors are informed of installation date and duration.
  • Provides support for warranty related issues including missing components, incorrect parts
  • Expedites components and/or services needed to address warranty or customer related issues.
  • Process RGA's in Alliance, after Customer Service Manager inspects the returned components.
