Job Duties
Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is looking for a service-oriented professional to work as a Part-Time (Wage) Customer Service Technician at the Norfolk Widgeon Rd and Military Circle Customer Service Centers.

This is a wage position limited to working no more than 1,500 hours per agency during the 12-month period of May - April 30, regardless of the hire date.
All wage employees are limited to working no more than 29 hours per week on average over the 12-month period.
This wage position offers no state benefits.
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serves approximately 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID card holders with over 8.4 million registered vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications
- Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a team or group environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Must have attention to detail, accuracy, and complete assignments on time.
- Flexibility to work M-F and Saturday.
- Can lift pounds.
