The company is experiencing significant growth and is now looking for a VP, Provider Sales, to support growth in the Revenue Cycle Management segment of the business.

In this role you will be responsible for expanding the Sandata customer base of homecare or IDD providers who utilize our RCM services.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to manage the full sales cycle; from lead generation to contract negotiations and achieve assigned quotas.

This is a remote role and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Provider Sales.


What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop an adequate number of leads to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Development and execution of a plan to provide 100% total addressable marketing coverage.
  • Completion of all sale's administrative activities, including lead follow up, CRM documentation, accurate pipeline reporting, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry associations and leaders to maintain Sandata's brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
  • Complete sales presentations and demonstrations virtually or in person.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Support the voice of the customer function to provide feedback to product teams.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy level.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining detail orientation. Clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with external clients and partners.
  • Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with internal/external staff.
  • Creative thinker/problem solver with the ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.
