We are looking for individuals who are up for a challenge, who are ready to tackle problems, thrive in an agile environment, and enjoy working in a team.

Some of your tasks in our team will include:

  • Handling and analyzing disruptions and errors
  • Solving problems and fixing disruptions
  • Supporting and advising our customers
  • Documenting in the ticket system
  • Conducting small projects

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed training in the IT field or have an equivalent qualification and are passionate about IT
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy solving customer problems
  • You enjoy working in a great team
  • You are independent and reliable
  • You think analytically
  • You have excellent German skills and good English skills
  • You have basic knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft domain networks
  • You also have a Class B driver's license
