Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to research and identify prospective clients within targeted industries and geographical areas. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, building databases of potential clients, and initiating contact to introduce our staffing services.

This position is 100% onsite in Roseville, CA Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients within targeted industries and geographical areas.
Research accounts, identify key contacts, asses their staffing needs, and generate interest for the businesses
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients, including contact details, key decision-makers, and potential opportunities.
Participate in job fairs, community engagement events, and other networking opportunities to expand our client base and promote our services
Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, etc.) to identify and connect with potential clients, share relevant content, and enhance brand visibility
Acquire sales leads in a daily basis
Document all activities in our sales system (CRM)
Track and report on key metrics, including lead generation activities, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.
Assist with other sales administrative activities

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in sales, market research, or business development, preferably within the staffing industry or related field.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
Demonstrate resilience and a "go-getter" attitude in overcoming challenges and achieving sales targets.
Ability to multitask effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
