Description

DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and a sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

The primary focus of this role involves mastering our client service process for our existing base of 2,000 business clients, as well as cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

As you delve into this position, you will become adept at training your team members, gradually transitioning into the role of Agency Director as you hone your skills within our established systems and processes.

Remuneration for this role is on a weekly basis, with an average annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and servicing existing client base.
Exploring new business prospects within a B2B framework.
Supervising and monitoring team activities and outcomes.
Providing training and guidance to incoming team members on current systems.
Regularly reporting field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
Focusing daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Background check clearance and access to personal transportation are mandatory.
Minimum 45-day evaluation period required before progression.
