Description

DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and clear objectives. With a rich history spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry.

The main responsibilities include mastering our client service processes for our 2,000 existing business clients, nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to handle similar tasks.

This role offers a weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and outcomes
Train and mentor new team members on established systems
Provide daily field activity reports via Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Aptitude to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Dedication to assisting individuals and building connections
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Active community involvement
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Must hold a Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Clear background check and access to personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement
