    Job DescriptionMachine OperatorPeoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Kendallville, IN producing quality custom color concentrates.
    Machine Operator (Extrusion & Mixing) Job Summary:
    • $21.51 / hour
      • 1st Shift - 7am-3:30pm
    • $22.01 / hour
      • 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm
      • 3rd Shift - 11pm -7:30am
    • Training may be on a different shift.
    • Machine Operators will be running Extrusion and Mixing Machines
    • Machine operators may be required to drive a forklift.
    • Must be able to weigh products correctly.
    • Machine operators are responsible for visual inspection, proper weight, and measurement.
    Machine Operator (Extrusion & Mixing) Qualifications:
    • Diploma/GED Preferred
    • Must be able to distinguish between colors.
    • Must be able to lift 55 lbs. frequently and carry up and down stairs.
    • Must be able to bend, lift, stoop, and climb stairs.
    • Showers after the shift are required for all production workers due to pigments.
    • Preemployment physicals are required.
