- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field required. Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, with a focus on healthcare data or quality assurance processes required.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports required.
- Experience analyzing data and communicating results to business leaders required. Syntellis or other Clinical Analytics System Administration and Oracle Health EHR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools with a proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare provider performance data.
- Knowledge of state and federal agency requirements for healthcare and hospitals
- Possess a solid understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate and meaningful interpretation of performance metrics.
- Possess strong statistical skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and the ability to apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret healthcare data effectively.
