Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior support plans
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors
- Provide direct care to clients and support their daily living needs
- Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
- Attend trainings and meetings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
