Job Description:


As an HR Operations Ongoing Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role managing and facilitating ongoing change and maximizing employee Workday adoption and usage.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand change impact, implement effective strategies that enable smooth transitions, foster employee engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational initiatives.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to managing change in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


Change Management Execution:
Assist in execution of comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Identify and communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure integration of change management activities into project plans.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

Communication Planning:
Assist in development of clear and compelling communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups. Craft messages that articulate the rationale for change, its benefits, and the impact on individuals and teams.

Change Impact Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on processes, systems, and people. Use insights to develop targeted interventions and support mechanisms.

Resistance Management:
Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them. Coach leaders and managers on effective techniques for managing resistance and fostering a positive attitude towards change.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within complex organizational environments.

Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans.

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Knowledge and experience with Workday.
