Summary:


The Housekeeper attends to AIER's properties with integrity and attention to detail and provides the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

This is a guest-facing role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Daily responsibilities include:

  • Clean, disinfect, sweep/mop restrooms, monitor and replenish supplies and dispensers;
  • Wipe down, sweep/vacuum/mop dining room, kitchen, common areas and meeting areas;
  • Ensure all rooms on property are clean, cared for and inspected according to standards;
  • Monitor all foodservice areas and coffee stations, replenish supplies, food/drink items;
  • Provide dining/foodservice assistance, including setup and maintaining of buffets and beverage stations, engaging with guests and staff;
  • Load and run dishwasher, take out trash;
  • Dust furniture and inspect for wear and tear, ensure guestfacing rooms are presentable;
  • Change sheets, clean bedrooms/private baths as needed;
  • Work closely with Hospitality Manager to ensure all the needs of the house are met;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of various cleaning methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment;
  • Knowledge of floor and carpet care;
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification or ability to obtain one in first 90 days;
  • Proven experience;
  • Available to work occasional weekends.
