Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs under the guidance of our clinical supervisor.
  • Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions that address developmental delays in children with autism.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client progress and program data.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism during therapy sessions and external engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Respect and embrace diversity in cultures, religions, and races among our clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and a strong passion for working with children with autism.
  • Professional work ethics and a commitment to upholding our core values of passionate commitment, integrity, grit, and selfless service.
  • Availability to work full days for a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to implementing therapy sessions and engaging clients.

Training Requirements:


Before starting your role, you'll complete:

  • Background check
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Technical 40 hour training requirement
  • Orientation training encompassing autism knowledge, applied behavior analysis principles, data collection, and intervention strategies.
  • Mastery of procedural integrity through an orientation exam.
  • Shadowing sessions with experienced RBTs.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
