Your apprenticeship as a pipe system technician (m/f/d) at FairNetz GmbH in Palmer Heights

Warm water and a warm home for our customers: as a pipe system technician (m/f/d), we train you to think and work together to ensure the supply of water and natural gas.

In our training workshop, you will learn the essential basics for your apprenticeship as part of a team. Together, you will gain knowledge about the material metal: drilling, milling, grinding, and welding are all part of your daily routine. Your workplace will not only be indoors, but also outdoors. During field assignments, you will get to know our water, natural gas, and district heating networks and facilities on site.

Your acquired knowledge in action

In the future, you will lay pipe systems and main lines, maintain gas pressure regulating systems, and maintain operating facilities. In addition, you will work with pipes at different depths, connect pipelines through welding and screwing, and be responsible for installing components of measurement and control technology. You will also perform measurement and testing functions in the gas and water sector.

In regular training sessions, we will continue to educate you in your profession after your apprenticeship, so that you are always prepared for the specific requirements in network operations.
