    Overview:


    Join our esteemed Allegiance Trucks dealership group as a GSA Contract Administrator specializing in parts sales for the Northeastern United States.

    In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the management of General Services Administration (GSA) contracts specifically related to parts sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing contract performance.

    You will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline contract operations and maintain efficient communication channels with government agencies.

    This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of GSA contract procedures within the commercial truck, fire rescue, and school bus industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    GSA Parts Contract Management:


    Take ownership of local, state, and/or federal GSA contracts related to parts sales, covering commercial trucks, fire rescue, and school buses, across the Northeastern region.

    Coordinate the initiation, negotiation, and execution of local, state, and federal GSA parts contracts in compliance with local, state, and/or federal regulations and dealership policies.

    Maintain accurate records of contract terms, amendments, and modifications, ensuring adherence to local, state, and/or federal GSA regulations and guidelines.


    Bid Preparation and Submission:


    Prepare and submit comprehensive bids for local, state, and/or federal GSA parts contracts, collaborating closely with the sales and parts procurement teams ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    Ensure all bid packages meet local, state, and/or federal GSA submission requirements and deadlines, including pricing information, product specifications, and delivery terms.

    Conduct thorough reviews of bid submissions to mitigate errors and maximize competitiveness.

    Contract Performance Optimization:


    Monitor the performance of local, state, and/or federal GSA parts contracts, analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to maximize contract utilization and profitability.
    Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Compliance and Reporting:


    Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and/or federal GSA regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other relevant procurement policies.

    Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies accurately and in a timely manner.
    Stay informed about updates and changes to local, state, and/or federal GSA regulations, communicating relevant information to internal stakeholders.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Foster strong relationships with internal departments, including part sales, parts managers, finance, and distribution, to facilitate efficient contract management.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for GSA parts contract inquiries and communications, providing timely and accurate responses.
    Facilitate training sessions to educate internal teams on local, state, and/or federal GSA contract procedures and requirements.
    Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding GSA parts sales within the Northeast market.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contract Management, or related field, or 5 years equivalent local, state, and/or federal GSA contract administration experience.

    Proven experience in local, state, and/or federal GSA contract administration, specifically focused on parts sales within the commercial truck, fire rescue, school bus, or related industry.

    In-depth knowledge of local, state, and/or federal GSA regulations, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and other relevant government procurement policies.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and conditions.
    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building productive relationships with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
    Ability to travel within the Northeast region as needed.
    Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Certification in Federal Acquisition (e.g., NCMA certification) is a plus.
