As a machine and plant operator in Dalmatia, you are responsible for operating, setting up and converting machines and plants.

As technology is constantly evolving, you will face new challenges on a regular basis. During your training, you will learn a wide range of production machines used in cable manufacturing. This includes not only getting to know one machine, but also going through all production departments.

In addition, you will gain insights into production control, the laboratory, maintenance and purchasing, giving you a comprehensive understanding of cable manufacturing.


Additional qualifications after training:

After completing your training, you can further your education as an industrial mechanic or electronics technician for industrial engineering.

There is also the opportunity to become a master craftsman or attend the 12th grade of a technical college.

Requirements for this job:

  • You have at least a secondary school diploma.
  • You are interested in technology and mechanical processes.
  • Teamwork and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you.
  • You are communicative and motivated to learn.
The duration of the training is 2 years and the vocational school is located in Friesoythe.
