    The Opportunity:
    REST is seeking a full time Development and Data Associate to enhance our fundraising and development efforts.

    This role is central to our mission, focusing on stewarding new donors, managing our donor database, analyzing fundraising opportunities, and coordinating fundraising activities and events in order to drive the revenue needed to fund resources and services for victims of sex trafficking.

    This associate will oversee the management of our donor data and work closely with the team to ensure increased donor engagement and stewardship.

    The Development and Data Associate is a key member of the Development team.

    The associate supports the team and the Director in prospecting, cultivating, and stewarding donors, increasing revenue, and meeting the division's revenue goals.

    This associate is a team player, who works collaboratively across the division to ensure the success of the Development team's revenue targets.

    What you bring:

    You are motivated and inspired by our mission (learn more at

    You have 2+ years of experience with Salesforce NPSP, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Greater Giving
    You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent of education and experience
    You have exceptional attention to detail.

    You use both strategic and critical thinking to plan for the future and to solve for here and now issues.

    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.
    You have a highly motivated, self-starting, and results-driven approach
    You are able to work in harmony with our Statement of Faith.

    You have experience using data to understand donor giving trends, are able to clearly report them to leadership, and are motivated to make improvements to processes where necessary.

    SCHEDULE
    This position typically works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening work and flexible availability may be required, dependent upon operational need.


    LOCATION
    Remote in WA, with attendance at some events and meetings in Seattle required.
