This training program is designed to develop and prepare graduates for roles in the commercial and clinical medical device field. This particular role will be based in Casa Grande, AZ and will require daily travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in training and development events to gain product knowledge, clinical skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Shadow a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting.
  • Interact with healthcare professionals and patients during clinical interventions.
  • Plan and execute daily interventions with clinicians.
  • Educate clinicians on a specific product franchise.
  • Promote a product franchise commercially.
  • Assist in creating presentations and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
