    Responsibilities for a Commercial Construction Project Executive San Francisco

    Project Planning and Initiation:

    Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments.
    Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    Obtain necessary permits and approvals.

    Project Execution and Management:
    Oversee all phases of the construction project, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
    Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes in scope or schedule.
    Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
    Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned.

    Budgeting and Cost Control:
    Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.
    Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests.
    Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering initiatives.

    Client and Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
    Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring effective resource utilization.
    Mentor and develop team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.

    Profile

    Successful Commercial Construction Project Executive San Francisco will have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry standards.
    • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Professional certifications (such as PMP) are a plus.

    Job Offer

    On offer for Commercial Construction Project Executive San Francisco

    $220,000-250,000 per year.
