We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to maintain seamless payroll operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Review payroll through the examination of financial records and payroll data to verify accuracy, compliance with policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring precise and errorfree compensation processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of payroll reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including executives, finance, HR, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports on payroll metrics, such as headcount, labor costs, overtime, turnover, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Prepare and distribute payrollrelated reports for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train Generalists and other stakeholders on report generation and interpretation as needed.
  • Oversee Year End processing for US, Canada and Ireland (such as W2's, 1095's, T4's) and ensure successful filing and adhere to deadlines.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency using UKG is a must.
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Excel preferred.
