Job Summary:

As a production worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, operating machinery, and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production.

You will work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment according to prescribed guidelines and safety procedures.
Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and make adjustments as necessary.
Assemble products or components according to specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
Package and label products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment as needed.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of production processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
