    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support our experienced managers in providing top-notch service to our community associations. No specific prior experience is required, but a background in real estate, the service industry, or customer service would be beneficial. If you have a passion for serving customers and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    · Administrative Responsibilities:

    o Assist in managing a portfolio of community associations.

    o Maintain accurate records and documents for each association.

    o Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting agendas.

    o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for community projects.

    o Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns professionally.

    o Support your team of managers in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

    · Strong organizational and communication skills.

    · Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    · No specific prior experience is required however real estate, service industry, or customer service background is beneficial.

    · Eagerness to learn and grow in the community association management field.

    · Basic computer skills.

    Growth Opportunities:

    · Obtain a state license to manage associations.

    · Become a Portfolio Community Association Manager.
