We are Hiring
CDChoices is seeking an A/R Manager (Revenue Cycle Manager) to join our team.


Job Summary


The Revenue Cycle Manager will spearhead the financial operations of the agency's billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow.

This position will ensure efficient revenue generation, accurate billing, and timely collection by implementing revenue cycle management strategies to minimize losses.

The Revenue Cycle Manager will develop, implement, and manage all procedures and functions related to the accounts receivable process, from eligibility to collections and follow-up.


Responsibilities
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage the financial processes and operations related to the revenue cycle to enhance the financial health of the organization.
  • Lead and monitor the accounts receivable process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the claims management process.
  • Evaluate the accounts receivable cycle process and collaborate with staff to develop and implement policies and procedures to support process improvement and enhancement.
  • Establish effective claims followup, appeals, and resolution processes, working closely with payers and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims.
  • Ensure data integrity of claims information in the CDChoices Billing Software by establishing a system of checks and balances, providing applicable training to staff, and troubleshooting software issues by collaborating with IT and external vendors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle process, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections. Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce denial rates.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and financial metrics related to revenue generation and accounts receivables to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance revenue efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify payer issues, implement plans to determine and address root cause issues, and communicate revenue impact to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA, billing guidelines, and payer requirements, to minimize compliance risks.
  • Review recorded payer revenue, receivables, and balances related to reimbursement rate under and overpaid claims, ensuring information reconciles to the CDChoices Billing Software and cash receipts. Work closely with the finance team to reconcile and report on revenue cyclerelated financial data.
  • Ensure regular audits of consumer billing records to personal assistant hours are conducted. Collaborate with the team to investigate variances in time records and billing reconciliation.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Medicaid billing experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

$70, $93,609.00 per year
