We have a brand-new opportunity for a **Level 2 Support Technician** to join our clients team **onsite** in Bloomfield, CT and provide end user support.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required

+ Stage, build and image systems with standard client image

+ Complete special projects as requested

+ Provide technical training to more junior employees

+ Troubleshoot End User hardware and software incidents

+ Follow Asset Management policy and procedures. Complete monthly cycle counts

**Skills and Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 2+ years of Deskside Support service experience

+ A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills

+ Strong customer support skills

+ Strong working knowledge and understanding of MS Office and basic business applications

+ Good knowledge of Mac device support may be required

**$ $30.00 per hour**

**Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.**
