To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Regional Manager North (m/f/d) for the Technical Department at Klinikum Mittelbaden in Nitro, WV, starting on
March 1st, 2024.


Full-time position with an unlimited contract.


Responsibilities:


  • Central point of contact and local management of the technical department in the assigned region
  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and documenting necessary measures to maintain the functionality and operational safety of the facilities
  • Managing the technical team and creating staff schedules

What we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in architecture, construction, supply, or electrical engineering, or further education as a Technical Business Administrator (m/f/d), Master Craftsman (m/f/d), or Technician (m/f/d) in the field of building technology
  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge, as well as leadership experience in building maintenance or technical maintenance
  • High motivation, dedication, and flexibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently
