Our client is a family-owned medium-sized company that offers a comprehensive range of services in the fields of climate, refrigeration, ventilation technology, and facility management.

Due to strategic growth, our client is looking for a branch manager (m/f/d) in the technical building services sector for their location in Mayen.

Your responsibilities:
You will lead the branch both professionally and personnel-wise
You will be responsible for the operational business, such as order processing, sales, and after-sales management
You will develop the branch and its employees in a success-oriented manner
You will support employees in both internal and external positions
You will participate in the training of apprentices

Your profile:
Completed studies in the field of building services, technician or master in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing or a comparable education
Experience in leading employees in the field of building services
Relevant industry experience in the areas of HVAC, as well as knowledge in other areas of building services
Strong leadership skills, combined with the ability to actively and successfully manage change processes and motivate employees
