YOUR TASKS

  • You lead and manage the maintenance organization of the NRW site, including safety, production, environment, quality, costs, and personnel resources
  • Ensuring an optimal and costconscious maintenance organization to achieve reliable and robust production within comparable industrial benchmarks
  • You ensure that appropriate systems, processes, documents, and procedures are in place to support and improve production, compared to best practices in the industry
  • Responsible for the implementation of approved maintenance projects in collaboration with the production and site engineering departments
